Before School Care
The Kids Club Before School Program offers childcare prior to the start of the school day for parents that need to drop off their children early. The program begins at 6:30am and goes until the start of school. Whereas this is a state licensed childcare program, parent(s) / guardian(s) must complete a Kids Club annual registration packet for enrollment for their child prior to registering for care. Registration packets are vaild Aug to Aug and need only to filled out once per year. Price is $13/ day.
Registration closes daily at 6:20am as long as space is available.
Please note there is an enrollment cap for each day.

After School Care
Kids Club is an after-school program designed to provide after-school childcare for students that need it. The program begins immediately after school and runs until 6pm each school day. No program is offered on early dismissal days. Youth will participate in a variety of activities under the guidance of our creative and caring Kids Club staff. Whereas this is a state licensed childcare program, parent(s) / guardian(s) must complete a Kids Club registration packet for enrollment for their child prior to registering for care. Registration packets are vaild Aug to Aug and need only to filled out once per year. Price is $15/ day.
Registration closes daily at 2:00pm as long as there is space available.

Day Camps
The Kids Club program offers day camps during school breaks. Dates for camps follow the Elizabeth School District calendar. Each camp is offered at both Singing Hills and Running Creek campus. Camp is from 7am-6pm at only $55/ day. Field trip days will have an addtional cost. A registration packet is required prior to camp attendance. Packets are vaild Aug -Aug annually. Space is limited. Summer Day Camp
Kids Club Summer Day Camps offer a place for children to attend during the Summer. This camp is offered at both the Running Creek and Singing Hills School campuses from 7am-6:00pm during the week. Sign up for an entire week or just select days. Whereas this is a state licensed childcare program, parent(s) / guardian(s) must complete a Kids Club registration packet for enrollment for their child prior to registering for care. Registration packets are vaild Aug to Aug and need only to filled out once per year.
Registration will close the Wednesday the week prior to each week of camp.

Each new academic year will require a new application to be filled out. This provides our staff with the most up to date information for your child.

Elizabeth Park and Recreation District's Kids Club may have multiple programs for the year, however, if your child has a filled out registration packet for any program that academic year, no new packet will be required.
Things happen and plans change. If your child was registered for Before or After Care please contact the park office at 303.646.3599 or email us at info@elizabethpr.com to let us know the day of. We will place a credit on your EPR account and remove your child from the roster. Please note that attendance is checked against the daily registered roster list. Accounts will not be retroactively credited for non-attendance.
If there is an unplanned school closing, those who are registered for that day will have their accounts credited automatically.
In order for a child to participate in any Kids Club program they must be registered and prepaid for.
The first step is to create or log into your EPR account. Next, choose which program your child will be attending and select your chosen dates. Then check out and pay. Be sure to complete and return the registration packet if you do not have one on file for the current school year.

A child must be pre-registered and prepaid for in order to attend any Kids Club program. Any child not on the daily roster will be immediately sent home.
If you need to a get a copy of your receipts or monthly statements for any transactions made through EPR please use the following steps:
1. Log into your EPR account
2. Select the "Account" button by your name
3. Select "Account Statement" for monthly statements
or
4. Select "Transaction History" for itemized receipts by purchase date

Tax statements are not generated by our current system. To get this information please refer to steps included in "Where do I go to get a statement of my Kids Club transactions?" to download a transaction statement.
